Darden Miranda & Associates was established in 1948 and moved to its current Fayetteville, North Carolina, location in 2008. The ERIE agency offers auto, home, business and life insurance. Erie Insurance sells auto, home, life and business insurance through its network of independent agents in 12 states and the District of Columbia.

Meet the Principal Agent

Managing partner Bryan Miranda has more than 12 years of insurance experience. Bryan is a proud recipient of the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and The CBIA (Certified Builders Insurance Agent) designation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in physical education from Fayetteville State University. Bryan is also very involved in his community and in organizations such as:

• Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill
• Homebuilders Association
• Fayetteville Association of Realtors.
• YMCA Board of Directors

Accomplished Staff

Every staff member holds the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. Some staff members also hold designations such as CIC, CRIS (Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist), CBIA (Certified Builders Insurance Agent) and CSR (Customer Service Representative).

CSR Heather Basdekis was also voted the CSR of the year by the Independent Agents of North Carolina in 2013.
